CinePoints can be earned by submitting and getting approved quality content created using CineGrid equipment.
Points are awarded per video based on the tier requirements fulfilled.
4.2 Tier Requirements & Rewards (Per Video)
🏆 Top Tier (Tier 1)
Requirements:
- Mention CineGrid as Sponsor in the intro — exact line: "This video is brought to you by Cinegrid.net" (or creative variation approved by CineGrid)
- Include a dedicated creative 15-second commercial in the middle of the video
Rewards:
- Rental Equipment worth NPR 20,000
- Free transportation to/from pickup or shoot (within agreed area)
- 50 CinePoints
🥈 Tier 2
Requirements:
- 10-second creative commercial in the middle
Rewards:
- Rental Equipment worth NPR 15,000
- Free transportation
- 35 CinePoints
🥉 Tier 3
Requirements:
- A short scripted scene / mock "proposal call" to CineGrid requesting collaboration (natural/creative)
Rewards:
- Rental Equipment worth NPR 10,000
- 30 CinePoints
⭐ Tier 4
Requirements:
- Creator says (creative) "A friend at CineGrid hooked me up with this gear" and shows gear usage
Rewards:
- Rental Equipment worth NPR 10,000
- 25 CinePoints
💫 Tier 5
Requirements:
- Creator shows ordering product from CineGrid and demonstrates checkout/convenience
- Describe CineGrid as "revolutionary platform for filmmakers in Nepal"
Rewards:
- Rental Equipment worth NPR 5,000
- 20 CinePoints
4.3 CinePoints Redemption Rules
CinePoints are added to creator's profile after CineGrid verifies and approves posted content.
💳 Redemption Options (5,000 CinePoints Threshold)
When a creator reaches 5,000 CinePoints, they can choose one of two redemption options:
🎫 50% Discount Coupon
- Coupon code generated like
CREATORNAME50 (e.g., AMAN50)
- Maximum discount cap of NPR 50,000
- Coupon expires in 25 days from generation
- One coupon per transaction
💰 Amount Reward
- NPR 50,000 amount reward (if CineGrid allows withdrawal option)
- Withdrawals only allowed in multiples of the threshold
- Each 5,000 points = one withdrawal option
- Subject to admin approval
4.4 Point Rules & Restrictions
- Per Video Basis: Points are awarded per individual video submission
- Verification Required: Content must be verified and approved before points are awarded
- Non-Transferable: CinePoints cannot be transferred between accounts
- Rejection Policy: If content is rejected, CinePoints are withheld or revoked per T&C
- Expiration: CinePoints do not expire unless account is terminated or Terms are violated
5. Equipment Rental
5.1 Equipment Tiers
CineGrid offers three equipment tiers:
- Basic: Entry-level cameras, microphones, and basic lighting
- Standard: Mid-range professional equipment
- Premium: High-end professional cinema equipment
5.2 Rental Terms
- Equipment must be returned within the agreed rental period
- Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received
- Damage or loss will result in charges to your account
- Late returns may incur additional fees
- You are responsible for equipment insurance during rental period
5.3 Equipment Care
- Equipment must be handled with professional care
- Equipment cannot be sub-rented or lent to third parties
- Equipment must be used only for intended purposes
- Report any damage or malfunction immediately

Content Submission
6.1 Content Requirements (Per Video)
Each video submission must:
- Be created using CineGrid equipment
- Be original work or properly licensed
- Not infringe on any third-party rights
- Comply with platform guidelines and community standards
- Not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material
- Be published on public platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Fulfill the specific requirements of the chosen tier
6.2 Content Review Process
All submitted content will be reviewed by CineGrid administrators on a per-video basis. We reserve the right to:
- Approve or reject any individual video submission
- Request modifications before approval
- Verify equipment usage and tier requirements
- Award CinePoints based on content quality and tier fulfillment
- Withhold or revoke points if content is rejected
Note: Each video is evaluated independently. Points are awarded per approved video, not per creator account.

Coupons
7.1 Coupon Generation
- Coupons can be generated for 5,000 CinePoints
- Each coupon provides 50% discount on CineGrid services
- Coupon code format:
CREATORNAME50 (e.g., AMAN50)
- Maximum discount cap of NPR 50,000 per coupon
- Coupons expire 25 days after generation
- Coupons are non-transferable and for personal use only
7.2 Coupon Usage
- Coupons can be used on cinegrid.net
- One coupon per transaction
- Cannot be combined with other offers unless specified
- No cash value
- CineGrid reserves the right to limit coupon usage
- Coupon must be used before expiration date

Withdrawals
8.1 Withdrawal Process
- Minimum withdrawal: 5,000 CinePoints = NPR 50,000
- Withdrawals are subject to admin approval
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after approval
- Valid bank account or e-wallet required
- Identity verification may be required
- Withdrawals only allowed in multiples of 5,000 points
8.2 Withdrawal Methods
- Bank transfer (Nepal banks only)
- eSewa
- Khalti
- Other methods as may be added
8.3 Fees and Taxes
- Bank transfer fees may apply
- You are responsible for applicable taxes
- CineGrid may report payments to tax authorities as required
Note: Cash withdrawal option is subject to CineGrid's discretion and may not always be available.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Create multiple accounts to abuse the system
- Manipulate the points system through fraudulent means
- Submit content not created with CineGrid equipment
- Use automated systems or bots
- Attempt to hack or compromise the Portal
- Resell, transfer, or trade CinePoints
- Use the Portal for any illegal purposes
- Harass or abuse other users or CineGrid staff
10. Account Suspension and Termination
10.1 By CineGrid
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Damage or fail to return equipment
- Provide false information
- Abuse the system or other users
10.2 By You
You may close your account at any time. Upon closure:
- Unused CinePoints will be forfeited
- Pending withdrawals may be processed or cancelled
- Active coupons will be deactivated
- You must return any rented equipment
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of your submitted content. By submitting content, you grant CineGrid:
- A non-exclusive license to review and verify
- Permission to showcase your work in our portfolio (with attribution)
- Right to use for marketing purposes (with your consent)
11.2 CineGrid Property
All Portal content, features, and functionality are owned by CineGrid and protected by intellectual property laws.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the Portal, you consent to our data practices.
13. Disclaimers
- The Portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- CinePoints have no cash value outside the Portal
- Equipment availability is not guaranteed
- Content approval is at CineGrid's sole discretion
14. Limitation of Liability
CineGrid shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding the amount paid to you in the last 6 months
- Issues arising from third-party services or platforms
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CineGrid harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your content infringing third-party rights
- Your misuse of equipment
- Your illegal or unauthorized activities
16. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting.
Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
